Biography

Letizia Nicoletti graduated in Pharmacy in 2019 at University of Turin, Italy. Her Master's Degree thesis was carried out in collaboration with the Laboratoire d'Automatique et de Gènie des Procèdès; et Gènie Pharmaceutique (LAGEPP, team Gepharm) at University Lyon 1, and was focused on the formulation and physicochemical characterization of polymeric and lipid nanoparticles tested on human colorectal cell line.

She is currently a post-graduate research fellow at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of Politecnico di Torino, in the Bioengineering group, under V. Chiono's supervision. She is involved in developing biocompatible polymeric nanoparticles to efficiently deliver miRNAs to human cardiac fibroblasts in the perspective of their direct reprogramming within BIORECAR project.
